Message the last two weekends

most of the parts are for my 2+2 TT swap, that i pulled out of my parts car or off of an engine that needs rebuilding.
forgive me and my camera....as you can see, money was not spent on upgrading it

i mounted the front calipers today, before i felt i was too cold.

plenum shot, hood latch, support bar, IC hangers and various pipes

i pc'ed the most of the intercooler piping

here is a close up of the plenum/balance bar

now for some build up pics
i laid most of the items i will use for the swap out yesterday

for those with stillen oil coolers, do you use the provided sandwich adapter, or do you use the stock hoses? right now, i am between the two

TT clutch and segemented flywheel

intake and radiator hard pipes, new motor mounts, and t bolt clamps

fan has about 500 miles on it, ss split downpipes, and test pipes

Blitz BOVs and the tranny fluid

shaved fan shroud that i have slowly worked on and off on for the last half year :P

Z1 howe rad, with about 1000 miles on it, one of my first purchases for my first Z

the red headed step child....i am working on it though. i have a 60k kit coming in

here's one with UR pulley

i need to get the rust off of the sprockets and idlers. if anyone wants to chime in with the best/safest(for timing belt) method, i would appreciate it.

as far as prepping the motor, today i attached the pc'ed motor mount, ac, alternator, and ps pump mounts. also, i have placed npt fittings on the intake valve covers for relocating the pcv valve system.

here is the oil filter shot

last weekend, i also swapped out front fascias. yes, i still need to paint it. but i am waiting for it to warm up a little bit. you will have to forgive me until then :P

on another note, i have to give love to eastwood. i think the tumbler for refinishing small parts in great.
here is a pic of some parts that have gone through the gauntlet

you can only imagine what the parts looked like before going in for the first tumble.
